“For anyone who is considering sleep training….DO IT!”

Three years ago, as a brand new mom, I was sleep deprived and needed help understanding what to do to help my baby girl sleep. I was desperate to find someone to tell me what to do for her…and for me! I needed someone I could trust.

I was amazed that in just 1-2 weeks, my son was (finally) sleeping through the night! In 2014 I became a mother for  the first time. After a wonderful maternity leave with my daughter I felt ready and excited to resume my job as an attorney at a busy law firm, but there was one huge  problem. Just 2 weeks before I was scheduled to return to work, my daughter, then 5 months old, suddenly began refusing naps, and wanting to be held and rocked to fall asleep at night. What is sleep training?
